Can we check when our Orbis licence expires and why is it different to our other products?

The licenses come from a third party and so will not necessarily line up with your Access applications.

To check when your Licence will expire:

  1. Login to TaskCentre.

  2. Browse to Manage, Licensing...

  3. Highlight the item at the top of the list (the main licence line) and click Details.

  4. Note the Termination Date, which is the date the current licence will expire.
