Error - 'Can not launch the HTML editor as there is no registered application for this feature' when editing the "Format As HTML" step

This error means that you have no default application for editing HTML files specified.

To fix this:

  1. Open Internet Explorer

  2. Select Tools, Internet Options

  3. Select the Programs tab

  4. On the Programs tab, select HTML Editing and choose the application you want to use as the default for XML and HTML files
