This can happen if you have replaced an old version of Access TaskCentre on a client PC that connects to the TaskCentre service on one of your servers.

Technically the crash occurs because the PC in question previously connected using an older version of TaskCentre that used a previous crystal runtime.

To resolve this issue, you will need to ask whoever is in charge of the server that Access TaskCentre services are running on to reboot the server.
βNote: Restarting services will not work. The server itself must be rebooted.
