Error: 'Unable to relay recipient in non-accepted domain' on Send Message (SMTP) step

This error indicates a configuration issue with the mail server used by the Send Message (SMTP) step. Your IT provider will need to investigate this on your mail server.

Check that the send connector is configured to relay to external domains.

Email relay forwards messages without going through a mailbox, which makes it a common method for spam. Mail servers increasingly block relay connections for this reason.
