Installing the TaskCentre client is not something that would usually be carried out by support, and would instead be the responsibility of your IT department.
Should you require an assisted install of the client software from the Access Group, please contact your Account Manager or CSM as an Access Consultant will need to assist with the installation of the software.
Codeless Platforms provide guidance on their website on installing the software, however, please be aware that any issues arising from an installation that has not been performed by an Access consultant would not be covered by our support department and mat result in chargeable work to resolve.
