To add, edit or delete an email address in the Send Message (SMTP) step of a task:
Log in to TaskCentre.
Locate and double-click the relevant task to edit it.
Double-click the Send Message (SMTP) step.
Click on the To button
Either double-click a name in the list in the left hand pane to add it to the recipients, or to add a new address, click New at the bottom and type the details of the new recipient.
To delete a recipient, right click on them and select Remove
Click OK to save the list of addresses.
Click OK to save the Step.
Click OK or Apply to save the task.
