Add or delete an email address to the 'Send Message (SMTP)' step

To add, edit or delete an email address in the Send Message (SMTP) step of a task:

  1. Log in to TaskCentre.

  2. Locate and double-click the relevant task to edit it.

  3. Double-click the Send Message (SMTP) step.

  4. Click on the To button

  5. Either double-click a name in the list in the left hand pane to add it to the recipients, or to add a new address, click New at the bottom and type the details of the new recipient.

  6. To delete a recipient, right click on them and select Remove

  7. Click OK to save the list of addresses.

  8. Click OK to save the Step.

  9. Click OK or Apply to save the task.
