Email not being received for a task with a Send Message (SMTP) step that is completing successfully

When a Send Message (SMTP) step completes successfully, the TaskCentre software has successfully communicated with the SMTP server and issued the email message to the email server. If the Email does not get received, this indicates an issue either with the details of the email or the configuration of the email server.

To resolve this issue ensure that the email address used in the Send Message (SMTP) step is valid and active.
