Tasks complete successfully but emails are not being received

If TaskCentre is completing tasks with no errors, the issue is most likely with email delivery rather than TaskCentre itself. Check the recipient's junk mail folder first, as this is the most common cause. If the emails aren't there, confirm that the recipient is the intended address in the task's email step. If the address is correct, ask your IT team to investigate the mail server. If you're an Access Hosted customer with your mail server hosted with us, contact support for help.
