Task is failing on a Send Message (SMTP) step with the error "5.7.1 Unable to relay for [email protected]"

This issue occurs when the server hosting the TaskCentre software does not have permissions on the Email server to allow emails to be relayed. This will have to be investigated by your I.T. provider for a resolution.
