Error - '4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit' in the event log

This is an error sent from the mail server. It indicates that the mail server receive connector has a limit configured for the number of emails that can be sent and the limit has been exceeded. This must be investigated by your I.T. provider.
