We recommend completing any server changes to machines running Access products with the help of an Access consultant. Changes to network configuration are particularly likely to affect TaskCentre, where tasks and services are often tied to a specific server setup.
A server IP address change will require TaskCentre and some tasks to be reconfigured. This type of work isn't covered by support — contact your account manager or CSM to arrange help from an Access consultant.
