Email step fails with a '5.5.1 Bad sequence of commands' error

The error report is coming from the email server, and this is usually as a result of the email itself being stopped by either outgoing spam filter or a firewall issue on the email server.

The process of Orbis is to generate each email and pass the information to the email server to be sent. The email server is then responsible for sending the email out.

With a 5.5.1 error, this indicates that something on your email server has not allowed the email to be sent - therefore. please raise this with your IT department or the person in charge of your email server as they will need to assist in establishing why the email server has stopped the email in question being sent.
