This occurs when the printing defaults on the printer that TaskCentre uses to print the labels has been set to a low darkness value. this is a setting on the printer in the network environment and not a setting within TaskCentre.
The printing defaults on the printer should be checked by someone qualified to configure your printer. This is not covered by Access Support.
