This issue can occur when the required domain permissions are not correctly set on the printer.
Codeless Platforms advise that this can be resolved by following these steps:.

Configure the TaskCentre Server Service to use a domain account:
Click on the Windows Start Menu.
Type services.msc and press enter.
Right-click on the TaskCentre Server service.
Select Properties, then select the Log On tab.
Select the "This Account" radio option.
Enter the credentials for a domain account that has permissions to the resources required by TaskCentre (I.E. Access to any required network locations etc)
Click OK.
Click on the Windows Start Menu.
Navigate to the Control Panel.
Open Devices and Printers.
Right-Click on the relevant printer.
Select Printer Properties, then select the Security tab.
Click Add.
Enter the domain account that was set for TaskCentre to use.
Click OK, then click OK.
