Error: 0x80020009 on the Run Crystal Report step

This error can occur when a Crystal report has a specific printer configured that the TaskCentre server can't access. First, open the report in Crystal Designer, go to **File**, **Page Setup**, **Printer Options**, and select the **No Printer (optimise for screen display)** checkbox. Then add the TaskCentre server computer to the printer's permissions:

  1. Right-click the remote printer, select **Properties**, then select the **Security** tab.

  2. Click **Add** to open the Select Users, Computers, Groups window.

  3. Click **Object Types** and ensure **Computers** is selected.

  4. Add the TaskCentre server computer to the list.
