You can check whether TaskCentre is installed on your server by looking for the TaskCentre Server Service. You'll need to be logged in to the server to complete this check. Follow these steps:
Log in to the server that you think may be running TaskCentre.
Click Start Menu.
Type services.msc.
Press Enter.
The Services snap in console will be displayed.
If there is no **TaskCentre Server** or **BPA Platform Server** service listed, TaskCentre is not installed. Further evidence of TaskCentre being installed is the presence of an iwtemp folder. This is usually on the c:\ drive but can be configured to be in another location.
