If your TaskCentre licence has expired or is about to expire, this article explains how to get a new licence and apply it.
Licences are provided by our Despatch Department. If you haven't received your licence or don't know who it was sent to, contact our support team for help.
Your licence will be requested from our internal team and sent to you as soon as possible.
Once you have the licence, follow these steps to apply it:
Log in to TaskCentre.
Click **Manage**.
Click **Licencing**.
Expand the licencing window to display all of the licences in full.
Take a screenshot and save it to a safe location.
From the list, select the **TaskCentre Server** licence at the top of the list. This may also be called **Access TaskCentre Server** or **BPA Platform Server**.
Click **Enter New**.
Copy and paste the new licence you have received into the licence field.
Click **OK** to save.
