This is resolved in the Magento Integration v1.0.24 files. Please raise a case with Support if you need these files and we can provide them to you. The connection screen for the tool in this version contains an extra dropdown menu that allows you to select either “HMAC-SHA1” or “HMAC-SHA256” as the utilized signature algorithm for a connection.
For EXISTING connections the tool defaults to HMAC-SHA1, for new connections the default is HMAC-SHA256.
If you install the new version and wish to use an existing connection, you must change the algorithm in this dropdown for the new version to work correctly.
