This issue is commonly found after an upgrade or a server migration.
It is caused by the licence having been entered but the QSL file not having been imported. The QSL file tells Orbis which modules are included on the licence and without it, no modules will be usable.
To resolve this issue Support will need to check the licencing and some configuration files. Therefore please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and please include details of when the server migration was done.
