This error appears when TaskCentre believes the user account is still connected elsewhere. Check that no one is currently logged in to TaskCentre with these credentials from another machine, and that no other servers are running TaskCentre using this login. Once you've confirmed the account isn't in use, restart the service:
Log in to the server where TaskCentre is installed.
Open Control Panel and then Administrative Tools (steps to find these will differ depending on operating system).
From within **Administrative Tools**, double-click **Services**.
In the window that opens, find **Access TaskCentre Server**.
Right-click **Access TaskCentre Server** and select **Restart**.
A loading bar appears while the service restarts and closes automatically when it is running again. 'Running' appears in the status column to confirm success.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, close all TaskCentre windows, then open Task Manager and close all processes that start with 'IWTS'.
If the issue persists, reboot the server to refresh all connections.
