Our licence has expired and tasks are no longer running, or is about to expire.

Licences need are or need to be provided by our Despatch Department. If you have not received it or do not know who it was sent to, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

Your unlock will be requested from our internal team and will be passed on to you as soon as we are able.

Once you have the licence, you can apply it as follows:

  1. Log in to TaskCentre.

  2. Click Manage.

  3. Click Licencing.

  4. Expand the licencing window to display all of the licences in full.

  5. Take a screenshot and save it to a safe location.

  6. From the list, select the TaskCentre Server Licence at the top of the list (this may be called Access TaskCentre Server or BPA Platform Server but will always be the first line in the list).

  7. Click Enter New.

  8. Copy and paste the new licence you have received into the licence field.

  9. To save, click OK.
