The easiest way to tell if you have TaskCentre installed is to look for the TaskCentre Server Service. This service is required on the server where TaskCentre is installed.
To look for the service, follow these steps:
Log in to the server that you think may be running TaskCentre.
Click on the Start Menu.
Type services.msc.
Press Enter.
The Services snap in console will be displayed.
If there is no TaskCentre Server or BPA Platform Server service listed, then TaskCentre is not installed.
Further evidence of TaskCentre being installed would be the existence of a folder called iwtemp. This is usually present on the c:\ drive but it can be configured to be in another location.
