You can add, edit or remove email recipients on the Send Message (SMTP) step directly within a task. Follow these steps:
Log in to TaskCentre.
Locate and double-click the relevant task to edit it.
Double-click the Send Message (SMTP) step.
Click **To**.
Either double-click a name in the list to add them as a recipient, or click **New** to enter a new email address.
Right-click a recipient and select **Remove** to delete them.
Click OK to save the list of addresses.
Click **OK** to save the step.
Click OK or Apply to save the task.
