Add or remove an email address on the Send Message (SMTP) step

You can add, edit or remove email recipients on the Send Message (SMTP) step directly within a task. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to TaskCentre.

  2. Locate and double-click the relevant task to edit it.

  3. Double-click the Send Message (SMTP) step.

  4. Click **To**.

  5. Either double-click a name in the list to add them as a recipient, or click **New** to enter a new email address.

  6. Right-click a recipient and select **Remove** to delete them.

  7. Click OK to save the list of addresses.

  8. Click **OK** to save the step.

  9. Click OK or Apply to save the task.
