The email address used for system notifications is set against the user record. To access the user record, follow these steps:

Expand the System node in the object explorer.

Double-click a user to open their user record.

The email address is available on the General tab.

1. Log in to TaskCentre.
2. Expand the System node in the object explorer.
3. Click **Users**.
4. Double-click a user to open their user record.
5. The email address is available on the General tab.
6. Update the email address as required.
7. Click OK to save the record.
