Orbis BPA Platform (formerly TaskCentre) has a default installation folder under c:\Program Files (x86)\ the folder name will differ depending on the version that is installed. It may be called "Orbis" or "BPA Platform" or "TaskCentre" or "Orbis TaskCentre" and/or it may also be under the folder "C:\Program Files (X86)\Access Applications". This folder should be backed up.
There is also a folder in the windows registry: \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Orbis Software which should be backed up. The folders c:\iwtemp and c:\IWDB should be backed up if they exist.
If you are using a SQL store for your installation of TaskCentre, you will also need to back up the database TCDatabase in your SQL server. Since this is configurable, it may be that your database has a different name, but this can be obtained from the configurator.
To determine your database name in the configurator, follow these steps:
Click on the Windows start menu.
Type configurator.
Double click on configurator to run it.
Expand the Server node, then expand the Store node
Tick the Connect to / Create an alternative Microsoft SQL Server Store box.
Click Next.
The database name is displayed in the Database field.
