This error can occur when TaskCentre can't connect to its store. There are two types of TaskCentre store:
External.
SQL.
You can identify which store is in use by following these steps:
Run the TaskCentre Configurator utility.
Expand the Server node, then click the Store node.
The store type will be displayed.
To resolve this issue when an external store is configured, follow these steps:
Open the folder named iwdb (This is usually located on the c:\ drive).
Open the folder to display the files in the folder.
Create a backup folder.
Copy all of the files with extension .da0 into the backup folder.
Copy the files iwsysdta.dat and iwsysdta.fpt into the backup folder.
Delete (from the iwdb folder) the files with extension .da0.
Delete (from the iwdb folder) the files iwsysdta.dat and iwsysdta.fpt.
Start the TaskCentre service.
Start the TaskCentre Schedule Agent service.
To resolve this issue when a SQL store is configured, rectify any network connectivity issues. Once this has been done, run the Configurator utility and follow these steps:
Expand the **Server** node, then expand the **Store** node.
Click Configuration.
Select the Change store configuration check box.
Click Connect to / Create and alternative Microsoft SQL server Store.
Click Next.
Enter the Server Name, database name and credentials to connect to the SQL server.
Click **Next**, then click **Save**.
