Error - 'Service cannot start due to a logon failure' when starting TaskCentre services

This message indicates that the account assigned to run the windows service cannot log on as expected.

To see which windows account is assigned to the service, check the Log On As column in the services list. Usually, the Access TaskCentre service would log on as Local System, however, this may have been configured differently for your environment.

If you are seeing this error, you would need speak to your IT department as they would have to apply the correct account details and restart the services for you.
