You can add columns to your HTML table using the table designer in the Format as HTML step. Follow these steps:
Open the **Format as HTML** step.
Click the **Formatting** tab, then click **Design** under **Table**.
In the **HTML Table Designer** screen, ensure the **Columns** tab is selected and check the **Browser** window.
Ensure the **Environment** tab is selected.
Under the Scope menu, click the **RecordSource** menu.
Your RecordSource columns are now displayed.
Click and drag the relevant column into the relevant position in your table.
You will now be able to see the column in the table designer and format as needed.
