This error means no default HTML editor is set on your machine. Set one using Internet Explorer:

Select Tools, Internet Options.

Select **HTML Editing** and choose the application you want to use as the default for HTML files.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Select Tools, Internet Options.
3. Select the **Programs** tab.
4. Select **HTML Editing** and choose the application you want to use as the default for HTML files.
