If TaskCentre is successfully completing all tasks with no errors, then the cause of the issue will not be TaskCentre at this time.

The most common cause for not receiving emails would be that they are actually going in to the user's junk mail box, so please ensure this is checked.

Additionally, a common reason for emails not being received is that the user is not the intended recipient of the email. If you are sure that they are the intended recipient, then its likely a problem with the mail server, so we would advise speaking to your IT team asking them to look into this.
