Error: 'Class not registered' on a task using an OLEDB connection

This error occurs because the OLEDB connection is not set up correctly. Check which driver the OLEDB connection uses:

  1. Click **Manage**, then click **Tools**.

  2. Click **Input**, then click **Database Query (OLEDB)**.

  3. Check the **OLEDB Provider** in the right-hand column.

Confirm that this driver is installed on the server. Your IT team can arrange the installation if needed.
