We can only provide limited advice as training and new task creation is performed by our consultants and arranged by the account manager.
To copy a task:
Right-Click on the task and select Copy.
The task will be copied and renamed with the original task name suffixed by a number enclosed in brackets.
The new task can be renamed by right-clicking on it and selecting Rename.
To change the connection used by the data query step in the task:
Open the Task, then open the Data Query step.
Click on the "General" tab
Click on the "Connection" pull down list towards the bottom of the form and select the desired connection.
