These are trace log files used to determine the cause of issues with the TaskCentre software. These should only be generated when there is an issue with your TaskCentre software that is currently being investigated.
To stop these files from being created, please follow these steps:
Note: This procedure involves editing the registry of the computer which if performed incorrectly can harm your computer. Please do not perform this procedure unless you have the experience and knowledge to do so safely.
Open the Registry Editor.
Navigate to the following node: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Orbis Software\TaskCentre
Add a new DWORD called EnableTraces. This is case sensitive.
Modify the value to 0.
Close the Registry Editor.
