You can enable full logging to help diagnose issues with your TaskCentre tasks. This generates detailed logs for each task run.

⚠️ **Important:** Switching this on requires access to the registry editor on the server running the Access TaskCentre services. Registry changes should only be carried out by personnel familiar with editing the Windows registry. Follow these steps:

Open the following registry key: **HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Orbis Software\TaskCentre**.

Add a new **DWORD** value called **EnableTraces** (case sensitive) and set its value to 1.

Close the **Registry Editor** and restart the Access TaskCentre services.

Logs will now be generated for each task that runs.

1. Open the <b>Registry Editor</b>.
2. Open the following registry key: **HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Orbis Software\TaskCentre**.
3. Add a new **DWORD** value called **EnableTraces** (case sensitive) and set its value to 1.
4. Close the **Registry Editor** and restart the Access TaskCentre services.
5. Logs will now be generated for each task that runs.

📌 **Note:** Reset the **EnableTraces** key value to **0** when troubleshooting is complete.
