Note - switching this on requires access to the registry editor on the server running the Orbis/Task Centre services. Registry changes should only be carried out by personnel familiar with editing the registry in Windows
To enable traces or logging in Orbis Task Centre to aid in troubleshooting:
Open the Registry Editor.
Navigate to the following node: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Orbis Software\TaskCentre
Add a new DWORD called EnableTraces (this is case sensitive). Modify the value to 1.
Close the Registry Editor and restart the Access Task Centre services.
Logs will now be generated for each task that runs.
Note: It is advised to reset the value of the EnableTraces key to 0 when troubleshooting is completed.
