Pass a parameter into a stored procedure step within a task

You can pass values from your task data into a stored procedure step using the parameters section. On the **Main** tab of the stored procedure step, any parameters defined in the stored procedure appear in the **Parameters** section. Drag the relevant field from the **Browser** window onto the **Value** column of the parameter to pass a value in.
