This issue can occur as a result of the TaskCentre installation becoming corrupted following a Microsoft Windows update.
To resolve this issue you should perform a system backup and then follow these steps to repair the installation:
Click on the Windows Start Button.
Open the Control Panel.
Click on Programs and Features.
Select TaskCentre from the list.
Click on Change.
Click Yes.
Select the Repair option.
Click Next.
Follow any further instructions prompted by the installer.
